Oster Extreme Mix Blender
For this project, I helped bring to life a new high-performance Oster blender designed to meet the growing demand for premium blending. Built with a powerful 1500W motor and a patented titanium-coated blade system, the product was created to delight a new generation of confident home cooks who prioritize fresh ingredients, nutritious meals, and kitchen tools that simplify their lives. Whether making a vibrant green smoothie or experimenting with homemade nut butters, these users crave appliances that deliver on texture, consistency, and ease—every single time.
1 The Brief
Develop packaging and digital assets that stay within the current brand guidelines but demonstrate a step-up to a more premium product, appealing to chef-inspired young aspirationals who aren’t afraid to experiment in the kitchen.
2 Process & Solutions
I collaborated with a cross-functional team of designers, strategists, photographers, copywriters and brand managers to help shape the creative direction for both the U.S./Canada and Latin American markets. Taking a consumer-first approach, our goal was to clearly differentiate this blender in a competitive category—highlighting Oster’s heritage while evolving the brand into the premium space. We brought forward the product’s unique innovations through dynamic visual storytelling and omni-channel design. Together, we developed a solution that felt sleek, smart, and effortlessly powerful—matching the lifestyle and aspirations of our consumers.
3 Results
The launch of this blender marked a pivotal moment for Oster—revitalizing the brand’s presence in the U.S. and expanding its premium offering in Latin America. Coinciding with Oster’s 100th anniversary, it demonstrated not only our expertise in the blending category, but also our ability to evolve with the consumer. The product resonated with people looking for elevated performance and trusted quality, and it gave the brand a bold new platform to grow from.
